Muted properties are currently excluded from Metrics, Owner Statements dashboard, Calendar, sync, API, and billing. This makes sense for operational surfaces (calendar, sync, billing), but it breaks historical financial reporting: a host's year-to-date Net Revenue on Metrics no longer reflects what they actually earned once any property is muted mid-year.
Any host who mutes properties for lifecycle reasons (no longer managing, sold, off-season retired) currently loses historical financial accuracy the moment they mute. They have no way to reconcile YTD numbers without unmuting, which then pollutes calendar/sync/billing again.
