Include Parent Reservations in Child Property iCal Exports

Currently, when a reservation is made on a parent property in a parent-child setup, the child properties are blocked within Hospitable, but these blocks are not included in the child properties' exported iCal feeds. This leads to double bookings on external OTAs that rely on the child property's iCal link.

The request is for Hospitable to include reservations from the parent property in the iCal export of all associated child properties so that external calendars are automatically blocked.

    This happened today, the original booking was three weeks ago and it shows up in the parent, and both child calendars, so seeing it in all three I figured it would also export via all exports via ICal to other OTAs, but it currently does not export.

    I found this out by receiving a booking and it being double booked, which I only found out by looking at the calendar to block for a cleaning the day after.

    Besides the export function it would be nice to get a notification if a double booking does happen, as mentioned I only found it by reviewing the calendar myself.
