Include Upsell Financials in Exports and Provide Annual 1099s

Currently, upsell amounts, taxes, and fees are not included in the Reservations & Financials or Tax exports. This makes it difficult for hosts to accurately calculate monthly excise taxes (e.g., for the city of Columbus, Ohio) and report income on IRS Schedule E.

Requested Improvements:

• Export Enhancements: Include detailed upsell amounts, taxes collected, and fees in the CSV exports.
• Tax Documentation: Provide an annual 1099 form from Hospitable to account for income related to upsells.
