Independent channel date blocking - block dates on one OTA while keeping another open

Problem Statement:

• Hosts cannot block dates on one channel (e.g., Vrbo) while keeping those same dates open on another channel (e.g., Airbnb)
• When dates are blocked in Hospitable, the change is pushed to ALL connected channels simultaneously
• This prevents hosts from taking Airbnb-only bookings during certain periods

Current Workaround:

• Hosts must manually manage availability on each platform separately, outside of Hospitable
• This creates extra work and increases the risk of double bookings

Impact:

• Additional manual work managing calendars outside Hospitable
• Lost booking opportunities on Airbnb when dates need to be blocked on other channels
• Increased risk of double bookings when managing multiple platforms separately

Proposed Solution:

• Add the ability to set channel-specific availability for each date
• Allow hosts to block dates on selected channels while keeping them open on others
• This could be implemented as a per-channel toggle when blocking/opening dates

Unlock:

• Hosts would be able to maximize bookings on specific channels without blocking dates across all platforms
• Reduced manual work and lower risk of double bookings
• Greater flexibility in managing multi-channel availability
