Individual Rental Agreement Customization Before Sending

Epic: Enhanced Rental Agreement Management

User Story:

As a host using Hospitable's rental agreements, I want to be able to edit individual rental agreements before sending them to specific guests, so that I can customize agreements for unique situations without modifying my master template.

Problem Statement:

Currently, rental agreements are automatically generated from templates and cannot be customized per reservation. Any changes require editing the template, which affects all future agreements. This limits flexibility for hosts who need reservation-specific modifications.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Ability to edit rental agreement content before sending to individual guests

• Changes apply only to that specific reservation, not the template

• Maintain existing template functionality for standard agreements

• Preserve current workflow for hosts who prefer automatic generation

Business Value:

This would give hosts greater flexibility while maintaining the efficiency of our current template system, addressing a gap between our automated approach and hosts' need for customization
