Instant Notifications via Text for Specific Features

I need Instant Text Notifications to pop up on my phone with in a Banner form for:

1) Messages from Booked guests

2) Inquiries from possible guests

I have missed several inquiries that I could have solidified into bookings as well as messages from guest staying at the Properties. This has greatly impacted me with negative results. As booked guests saying that I am not responsive in an appropriate amount of time.

I am Not able to check my Hospitable messages on an hourly basis - this should be an easy automated feature. I was using a less expensive app prior to Hospitable and this was one of their features. I never missed a message

I sent an inquiry to Hospitable inquiring on how to do this - saying that I had turned On all my notifications on my iPhone. But hospitable came back with the same.”to do” Actions to enable my notifications that I had already done. It seems that Notifications are all inclusive or nothing at all And do Not come through as a Banner on my IPhone. They do go to my email which is inundating my email with every single notification (Including automated messages sent from Hospitable to guests). Important messages from guests or inquiries are getting lost in the shuffle.

Please advise if I am missing something.

I need to get this remedy, as soon as possible, as I am starting to gather additional properties for cohosting
