Integrate with Quickbooks

Hello Hospitable Hosts! We’re currently in a private pilot of our automated accounting through Quickbooks, and are looking for a few more pilot participants! The requirements to participate are simple:

• You must have an active Hospitable account (easy!).

• You must use Owner Statements.

• You must have a Quickbooks account, and be willing to allow Hospitable to create accounts, customers, vendors and journals on Quickbooks.

Note that slots are limited! We are aiming to release this to all Mogul plan hosts shortly, so if you aren’t able to secure a spot in the private pilot you won’t have to wait long to get access!

Would be great to import reservation data into invoice including the breakdown between accomodations fee, cleaning fee, pet fee, service fee, etc..

hello please add this feature as its very essential to the owners statement. it would be worth upgrading to mogul if QuickBooks is available

Ability to send reservations to QBO as an invoice to enhance the cash flow analysis in QBO, anticipating payouts.

I would like a few feature to be integrated into hospitable if at all possible for owners statements. For reference I currently use Quick Books Online

If the end goal for me is to use Hospitable to generate my monthly invoices and bill the owners I would like some of these integrations:

I believe if integrations functions like CMS you should be able to tie this items together

1.) When generating commissions to be billed I would like the property to integrate to the owner (Customer) and the property (Class) so it is properly categorized. Commission should tie into the “Product/Service”. These items should all be unique to the properties they associated with to ensure the correct categories are integrated.

2.) Inside owner portal, I would like for the owners to have access to all of their statements, as well as the ability to pay them. Hopefully this can be done through QBO payment processing and not separate. If it is, I understand.

3.) Side note for owner portal. I would love to see monthly Reports/statements generated for the owners to have for the previous monthly outlining. This can be as detailed as each reservation. This would be nice to see as an invoice/statement style and if possible the possibility of branding as well.

Freshbooks would be another good option. They are a major competitor of QuickBooks

Hey @Bulat ! This is currently in progress! I’m going to merge this request with a duplicate like it, so that you’re notified when it’s complete.

PS - This feature will be available as a part of our Mogul plan, which also includes Owner Statements, Expense Management (and will continue to grow with more features intended for property managers).
