Inventory Management for my Company

I would like to see the option for my company to have an inventory list of items that I stock. As I take an item out I then have the option to bill it to the appropriate property and have pricing already assigned. So for instance I keep 10 boxes of coffee pods. I take one out and I assigned it to a property. I tell the system what property and I already have a price assigned for that item. I would have an option to change it or accept it and it puts the item on my owners statement. Then when the inventory hits my limit of 5 the system tells me to reorder.
