Lead-Time Based Cleaning Fees (Same-Day Bookings)

Problem Statement

Currently, cleaning fees can be set for short-term stays (1–2 nights), but there is no way to differentiate the fee based on the booking lead time. This means hosts cannot offer a lower cleaning fee specifically for same-day, 1-night bookings.

Current Workaround

Hosts must use the general short-term cleaning fee, which applies to all 1–2 night stays regardless of when they are booked.

Impact

This limits the host's ability to incentivize last-minute bookings with lower fees without also lowering the fee for all other short-term stays.

Proposed Solution

Add the ability to set a specific cleaning fee that only triggers for bookings made within a certain lead time (e.g., same-day) for 1-night stays.
