Today, OTA settings like cancellation policy and availability window are managed at the property level in Hospitable, then pushed to all linked OTA listings. This doesnβt work for hosts who run multiple Airbnb listings for the same property with different rules (for example: one listing allows bookings up to 12 months out with a Super Strict cancellation policy, while another only allows up to 3 months out with a Moderate policy).
Request: Add the ability to set and push key OTA rules at the individual listing level (not just the property level), so each Airbnb listing can have its own cancellation policy, availability window, and other restrictions. This would match how some other PMS tools handle linked listings and prevent hosts from needing a separate system just to manage these differences.
