Long-term rental solutions
Provide solutions for hosts who also provide longterm rentals:
- Accepting Rent Payments
- Charging one-time fees (security deposit, pet deposit, etc.)
- Executing Lease agreements
- Handling tenant maintenance requests and any corresponding receipts for record-keeping
- Maintaining records such as Move-In/Out checklists
- Syndicate rental listing when vacant

I hope this get implemented soon guys. Last year I had great revenue on the lower season doing 1/ 2 /3 months staying. But I had a payment by bank transfer ( and I was using another PM system), what is not ideal. Cold please, consider with love this option. Atm, we just have payment option to be before guest arrived. we need after guest arrived, Thank you

The most important thing would be from my point of view:
offer monthly rates in the payment methods....
... because long term tenants dont want to pay the whole booking amount for 6 or 12 months in advance👍🙋
