Make Dates Still Show as Available on the Direct Booking Widget Calendar Even there's a Pending Custom Quote

When a host creates a custom quote, it blocks the calendar dates even though the guest still hasn't made a payment. It would be best to show it still as available so other potential guests can still book it. So, whoever completes the Direct booking first gets the reservation.
