Make non-syncing discount fields read-only

To prevent user confusion, discount sections in Hospitable that are read-only from Airbnb (and do not sync changes back to Airbnb) should be made non-editable in the UI.

Currently, users can edit these fields in Hospitable, but the changes are not pushed to Airbnb, leading to the misconception that the platforms are in sync.
