Make Preparation Time Work with Dates Unavailable by Default

I have my Hospitable Availability Window set to. Dates Unavailable by Default, just like I did on Airbnb. This allows me to ensure appropriate pricing before dates are bookable and prevent opening dates that I intend to use the property myself. What this means in practice is that Hospitable considers every open date a manual edit and Preparation Time, which I have set to 1 turnover night, won’t override the manual edit. This essentially renders the Preparation Time feature unusable even though it worked correctly in Airbnb’s calendar with manually opened dates. I have to manually block the dates before and after each booking when they come in, which further complicates things when bookings are cancelled or want to change because cancelled bookings don’t remove my manually blocked preparation time and the dates aren’t available for the existing booking to extend into.
