Make review date/time field functional or clearly non-editable

Problem statement

• The date/time field at the top of the review editor appears editable but doesn't save changes when manually adjusted
• This creates confusion about whether the field is meant to be functional or not
• Hosts may believe they've successfully delayed a review when they haven't

Current workaround

• Hosts must use the "Delay publishing this review till the end" toggle instead of manually adjusting the date/time field
• This workaround works but isn't intuitive when there's a date/time field visible that looks editable

Impact

• Positive reviews can be sent prematurely when hosts intend to delay them — for example, when the host or cleaner can't get to the property immediately to assess its condition
• Confusing user experience — hosts expect editable-looking fields to work

Proposed solution

Either:

1. Make the date/time field at the top of the review editor fully functional so manual changes save properly, OR
2. Make the field visually disabled/non-editable if it's not meant to be changed directly
