Mandatory Fillable Fields and Guest Profile Sync for Rental Agreements

Currently, fillable fields in rental agreements are optional, allowing guests to sign the agreement without providing the requested information. Additionally, any data captured in these fields (such as guest emails) is only inserted into the final PDF and does not sync to the guest's profile in Hospitable.

The request is to:

• Allow hosts to make specific fillable fields mandatory, preventing the agreement from being signed until they are completed.
• Automatically sync the data submitted in these fillable fields directly to the corresponding fields in the guest's profile.

This would provide significant value to hosts who include marketing permissions in their rental agreements, as it would allow them to reliably capture and store guest emails for future outreach.
