Manual Review Request Links for Manual Bookings

Currently, review requests and the review form in the Guest Portal are only triggered for automated Direct bookings. For manual bookings, there is no way to generate a review link or trigger a request, meaning hosts cannot collect reviews through the Hospitable Guest Portal for these stays. This is a significant limitation for hosts who manage a portion of their bookings manually.

Proposed Solution: Allow hosts to manually generate and send a review request link for manual bookings, or enable the review form in the Guest Portal for these reservations.
