Mark payments as received if processing payments manually

We have to collect payments manually for booking.com since our properties are in the Caribbean. We have a process that is working. Hospitable reminds us to collect payment - which is fine - but we have no way to mark it off as “done” which means it is a constant reminder. Would be good to have a way to mark off as collected and also a way to still filter on those uncollected just to ensure we have processed all payments we need to. Everything else Hospitable is managing (direct, airbnb, VRBO, etc) but it’s just this ongoing issue we have with booking.com and same would really apply if we did manual bookings although we don’t do many of them anymore since we have direct.
