Message Metrics Improvements

As we have started to use Metrics to help run our business, we found that there were some confusion pieces with the metrics, specifically the message Metrics. It appears that some metrics respect the check-in date, but it’s unclear in the component card if the messages being measured were sent/receive within the check-in date range selected, or if it is all messages sent to a group that has a check-in within the selected date range, etc. We’d like to be able to understand how many messages we are sending to specific groups throughout the interaction (prebook/prestay/in stay) as well as other variations.

I think the metrics could benefit from some more clear labeling, even in the popups, sometimes the ‘key’ for hte two different colors or measurements are ‘Total’ and ‘Total’ which is not very descriptive. It would help for it to say things like 2025 and 2026 if it is comparing the previous year or whatever it is showing.
