Please make the teams/users name visible when they send a message on behalf of the account holder. I’d like to see who sent which message in the conversation threads themselves.
Hello @Abbas Shaikh ! Is it possible that the secondary users are sending messages from the Airbnb app? When a message is sent from Hospitable, we will display the users name next to the timestamp, but if the messages is sent on Airbnb, we are unaware of who exactly sent the message.
