Create a messaging rule/condition that recognizes if a guest has reviewed, signed, submitted the hosts rental agreement (on Hospitable) within the agreed upon timeframe, allowing for a deadline approaching reminder, a deadline missed with/without extension, and the option to automatically cancel the reservation if agreement is not signed.
