Create a messaging rule/condition that recognizes if a guest has reviewed, signed, submitted the hosts rental agreement (on Hospitable) within the agreed upon timeframe, allowing for a deadline approaching reminder, a deadline missed with/without extension, and the option to automatically cancel the reservation if agreement is not signed.

    We need a notification if a reservation is coming up and a guest hasn’t signed their rental agreement. Us hosts cannot keep track of who has or hasn’t signed.

    If a reservation is approaching and the guest has outstanding rental agreements, they will not get their automated messaging with arrival and entry information.

    This feature is absolutely critical to make sure we don’t have upset and confused guests wondering how to get to or enter into the listing they’ve booked.
