Messaging Rule - Signed/Completed Rental Agreement & ID Verification

I’d like to request a new messaging rule that is triggered when the Rental Agreement is signed and the ID Verification is completed. I see there is a rule for when the agreement is NOT signed to remind them. I’m hoping we can have a rule that would send a “Thank you” type message once the process is successfully completed.
