What I would love to see is being able to attach photos to when a guest asks questions during their stay. I was about to make a message rule regarding the hot tub for my property and realized that we cannot load any photos.
This is possible on scheduled messages sent after the booking is confirmed. In messaging rules between timing & scope:

Hi Tim. I’m actually asking about when we have a message rule that replies to a guests question. I want to make a message rule where a guest asks about how to heat the pool/spa and I’m able to attach pictures.
