This would be a huge unlock for how I use Hospitable.
Right now I’m connecting Hospitable to ChatGPT via the MCP integration to help manage operations and guest communication. I’m also building a guest database so I can recognize returning guests and personalize future messages.
The missing piece is access to message history. A lot of the most valuable information about guests is in those conversations—what they asked about, what they cared about, any issues that came up, etc.
If there were a way to export or access message threads (even read-only), I could:
summarize guest preferences and communication style
identify great guests vs. higher-maintenance ones
send much more personalized messages to returning guests
generally improve the guest experience without adding more manual work
Even a basic export or API access to message threads would go a long way.

Would love to see this prioritized.
