Metrics reports to break down longer stays by month.
The ability for the metrics report to break longer reservations (that span two or more months) into the amounts spent on each of those months, instead a total amount on the final month. This is to represent the accurate revenue for each month.

Agreed! There needs to be an option to produce the report by Payout Date, not just check-in, checkout, or booking date. For stays that transit months where the guest extends, they may extend and you get paid out in August, but the revenue still shows in July under Check-in date. Using checkout date presents similar problems. This capability is widely needed for tax filings.
