Metrics revamp
This will give users a better metrics dashboard with KPIs (key performance indicators) to see the health of their STR business, as well as the ability to filter what information is exported in .csv and the ability to share a filtered view with owners or accountants.
It will also include updates to our public API and webhooks to include more financial data.

As part of this metrics revamp it would be great if the data supplied to Pricelabs was more accurate. I use Pricelabs and I am keen to understand how each property is performing in terms of room rate and total monthly revenue. Pricelabs takes the data provided directly from Hospitable however, have found that the income received from each booking is displayed differently depending on whether the booking has come from Booking.com or Airbnb.
For example, the income shown from Booking.com is the subtotal not including the cleaning fee, but also not taking off Booking.com’s platform fee. So this amount is not the true amount paid into the bank account.
However, with an Airbnb booking, it shows the amount including the cleaning fee. It also doesn’t take into account the Host Service Fee. Again, this is not the amount received in the bank account.
Would it be possible to change the settings so the revenue data sent to Pricelabs takes into consideration the platform booking fee and the the revenue generated from the cleaning fees? Therefore, the amount shown for each booking matches up with the net amount received in the bank account?

We have a new v2.0 API that will allow for greater accuracy in PriceLabs like you're describing, however PriceLabs will need to migrate to that new API for it work. We're getting there ( :

I think it's critical to revamp the financial data portal (without having to download a super overloaded and complex spreadsheet and then sum everything yourself). There should be a very clear Center Page showing your stats, time period filter, occupancy, gross income (obviously also downloadable). Data that is important for us to review constantly.

The data exported is not consistant across OTAs. Airbnb and VRBO data is different. e.g "base_amount" and "subtotal_amount" are not using the same formulas.
