Metrics update refinement

@Nik Logachev Thanks for getting after this update.

1. Can you please enable someway to customize the dashboard under exports? The data is easier to understand on mobile without the graphs. I just options to select which totals pacing metrics etc. of all properties on one screen that I want to compare.

2. The selection for booked on vs check- in for the date range is also only enabled on the old exports page. Please open that option!

3. Please add remaining available bookable income for a specific date range. This will help us verify our pricing to meet our gross goals.
