Feature Request: Modernize Direct Booking Widget Code and Integration Experience

I’m a huge fan of Hospitable and genuinely appreciate the direction of the company, but the direct booking widget experience needs serious improvement, especially from an integration and website implementation standpoint.

For hosts and property managers trying to build professional direct booking websites, the current widget setup feels far behind where it needs to be. The issue is not only how the widgets look on the front end, but also how difficult they are to implement cleanly on the back end. The code needs to be better optimized so it can integrate more smoothly with common website builders like WordPress, Divi, Elementor, Webflow, and other modern site platforms.

Right now, I avoid showing this to our potential clients because the experience needs so much polishing before it feels presentable. Hospitable is excellent for operations, messaging, and automation, but the direct booking layer does not yet reflect the same level of polish.

The biggest needs are:

1. Cleaner, more optimized embed code
   The booking widgets should be easier to place, style, and manage inside common website builders without awkward formatting issues, layout conflicts, or unnecessary workarounds.

2. Better front-end responsiveness
   The widgets need to feel modern, mobile-friendly, and guest-ready. A large percentage of traveler traffic comes from mobile devices, especially from social media and direct website links. If the booking flow feels clunky on a phone, guests are likely to abandon the process and return to Airbnb or Vrbo.

3. A stronger back-end integration experience
   Hosts should not have to fight with code, page builders, or formatting limitations just to create a clean direct booking experience. The widgets should be designed to work smoothly across modern website platforms with more flexibility and fewer technical headaches.

4. A single embeddable widget for all properties
   Hosts with multiple listings should be able to embed one unified widget that displays all available properties in one place. Guests should be able to browse, compare, select dates, and book from a full portfolio without needing to jump between separate property pages.

Hospitable already does so much well, but direct bookings are an area where the platform feels urgently behind competitors. I would love to see less focus on side features and more focus on helping hosts actually convert guests through a modern, mobile-friendly, easy-to-integrate booking experience.

A polished, responsive, technically solid multi-property booking widget would be a major unlock for hosts and managers who want to build real direct booking channels instead of sending guests back to OTAs.
