I’ve tried a tons of different configurations, and despite my attempts, the commission agreement I set up continues to take a percentage of the clean fee and give it to me, the manager, instead of 100% to the owner. To be clear, I’ve set up fees to 100% to go to owner and yet on the statement it shows “fees owed to manager” as a percentage of clean fee. I do not see a way around this despite the help features repeated direction to make sure fees are set to zero for the manager. As a result, I had to create a reimbursement line item to each owner for the overdraft of money.
