Requesting the ability to support and manage two distinct contract types within Hospitable:

1. Vacation Rental Agreement: For standard short-term stays (particularly VRBO).

2. Tenancy Month-to-Month Agreement: Specifically designed for Furnished Finder and longer-term direct tenants.

The goal is to streamline the Furnished Finder and longer-term direct booking process: by having the correct month-to-month agreement integrated, tenants can sign the contract and complete their booking entirely through Hospitable, making the workflow faster and easier for hosts and tenants.
