Move Direct Booking to Another Unit during Alterations

Currently, when altering a direct booking, there is no option to move the reservation to a different unit. For hosts with multiple identical units in one property, this requires the guest to cancel their existing booking and rebook the new unit, which is a poor experience.

This feature would allow hosts to transfer a guest to another available unit during the alteration process, similar to the functionality available on Airbnb.
