I would love both options. Pre and post. To have the choice would be awesome. It depends on the guest which one I would choose to use.

For Direct Premium, we now prompt guests to sign the rental agreement after they have complete guest verification while the booking is still in a requested status. We do not require guests to sign the rental agreement in order for the booking to be accepted, but we are looking at that as a future enhancement.
