Multiple Email Recipients for Manual Booking Notifications

Problem Statement

Currently, manual booking notifications (such as scheduled messages for check-in and check-out information) can only be sent to a single email address. This limitation prevents multiple team members from receiving the same automated notifications directly from Hospitable.

Current Workaround

Users must manually send separate emails to additional team members who need to be notified about check-in and check-out details, duplicating the information that Hospitable already sends to one recipient.

Impact

  • Increased time spent on manual communication tasks
  • Risk of team members being accidentally excluded from important updates
  • Reduced efficiency in team coordination

Proposed Solution

Add the ability to specify multiple email addresses (e.g., two or more recipients) in the notification settings for manual bookings, so that all designated team members receive the same scheduled messages automatically.
