Currently, the 'booked nights' metric counts a booking for a combined listing as a single night. However, because a combined listing represents multiple individual units being occupied simultaneously, this underreports the actual number of nights booked across the property.
This issue also affects the occupancy percentage, which is currently calculated based on single-unit bookings even for combined listings.
The request is to allow the 'booked nights' and occupancy metrics to reflect the number of individual units within a combined listing, so that one night booked on a combined listing counts as multiple nights (e.g., 2 nights if it combines two units) and increases the occupancy percentage accordingly.
