Provide real time chat support at least with no upcharge. The support indicates this is standard however when I asked for live chat the bot just says it will email me.

Chat window says response in 12h. I get no response after several days. We have just one property and I didn’t pay for priority support, we apparently keep getting superseded by others.
Improved chat (I've been waiting three days for assistance) Either the chat is down or closed. Same thing with email, sent several emails, no response.
