Need notice of Airbnb Photo/Video notice

We must have some notification even if not actual media when a guest sends us a photo or video on Airbnb. If we solely rely on communication in hospitable and that type of content is not disclosed even if just with a notice, we can be missing vital information and not know about it as the guest may assume he doesn’t need to give additional info with the media he sends.
