New feature for reviews

Currently, when opening a guest’s profile, we can see public reviews. However, it would be extremely valuable if Hospitable could expand this and show the full list of reviews that the guest has written for other hosts.

I recently installed a Chrome extension that pulls in these reviews from the guest’s Airbnb profile. For example, it shows under each guest’s review how they usually write reviews for others (positive, negative, detailed, short, etc.). This has been very helpful in assessing what to expect - for instance, whether a guest tends to leave reviews at all, or whether they often leave negative feedback.

It would be amazing if Hospitable could integrate a similar functionality natively into the Inbox. Having quick access to all of a guest’s past reviews would provide hosts with much better insight and help us manage expectations and communication.

Maybe this is already possible and I just couldn’t find it, but if not, I believe it would be a very valuable addition.
