New Listing Markup feature

Please add a feature that automatically reduces the markup after a listing receives a certain number of bookings (for example, after the first 3 bookings).

This would help hosts easily manage new listings by applying a higher markup or discount during the initial launch period and then automatically reverting to the regular rate afterward.

Most OTA platforms (like Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.) apply around a 20% new listing discount for the first few bookings, so this feature would make it easier for hosts to stay competitive and simplify pricing management.
