Schedule an automated message response (in messages) when a guest leaves a 5 star review, 4 star review, 3 star review, etc. This is important because it really completes the entire personable experience and allows for an opportunity to upsell or share information that could encourage guests to rebook in the future. This encourages confidential or private information sharing that may not be suitable for current public review responses. Example: To thank guests for their 5 star review and entice them with a 10% off coupon if they book again in the next 6 months.
