With filters for:
Property
Channel (Booking.com)
What should happen:
Notification is sent once when the reservation checks out
Can be set per property
Can be filtered for Booking.com bookings
Why this matters:
Helps hosts track completed stays easily
Avoids complicated setup with custom rules
Makes follow-ups (payments, cleaning, etc.) more reliable
Notes:
Should handle timezone correctly
Should still work if booking dates change
