Notifications for Dates Blocked by Secondary Users

Primary users to be notified specifically when a secondary user performs a task such as blocks/unblocks calendar dates.

E.g. I give owner’s user access to block dates on the calendar as needed.

I would like an email notification to come through every time an owner blocks dates.

Obviously this could be used in other capacities for whatever actions a primary user wants to be notified of.
