Notifications for Jammed Lock States

Currently, when a smart lock (such as Schlage) enters a jammed state, this information is not proactively shared with the host via notifications. This can lead to guests being unable to enter their property without the host being aware, which negatively impacts the guest experience.

The request is to implement notifications that alert the host immediately when a lock enters a jammed state, allowing for rapid resolution.
