Notify hosts when a Request to Book has no guest message

Problem

A host had Instant Book enabled but did not allow children. A guest booked with a child, so Airbnb converted the booking to a Request to Book (RTB). The guest did not send a message with the request.

The RTB did not appear in the host's Inbox or on the Home page. The host was not aware of the pending request and could not accept it in time.

Request

When an RTB arrives without a guest message, still surface it clearly to the host in Inbox, Home, and/or other notifications so pending RTBs are not missed.
