Notify Secondary Users when a cleaner reports a problem on a task (incl. photos)

Secondary Users (co-hosts / managers) don’t reliably get alerted when a cleaner/teammate uses Report a problem on a task (often with a photo). They only learn about it if the cleaner messages them separately, or if they manually open the task to check the “reported problem” section. This creates missed/late responses to damages, missing items, low stock, etc.

Current behavior:

Cleaner reports a problem (optionally with photo) in the task.

Primary host may be notified, but Secondary Users are not (or it’s inconsistent).

Secondary User must manually check the task to see the report.

Expected behavior:

Allow Secondary Users (with the right permissions) to receive notifications when a problem/issue is reported on a task.

Notification should trigger immediately on “Report a problem” submission (not only at task completion).

Notification channels / controls (recommendation):

Email + Push (and optionally SMS if the account uses SMS for ops notifications).

Toggle location: Secondary User preferences (and/or Operations > Notifications).

Scoped by: team + property (consistent with task notification scoping).

Acceptance criteria:

When a cleaner reports a problem on a task, a Secondary User with task access receives an alert containing:

property + task date/time

issue text

photo thumbnail/link if attached

deep link to open the task

Works for both manually assigned and auto-generated cleaning tasks.

If multiple secondary users exist, each receives based on their notification preferences.

Workaround today:

Cleaner messages the Secondary User directly, or the Primary user forwards the notification / checks tasks.
