Hi @Joshua Madero just making sure I understand your request, messages from Airbnb guests should be translated automatically as long as you have auto-translations enabled in Airbnb. Are you looking for something else with this request?

Let me clarify with when I think I’d need this feature:
Use Case 1: I have co-hosts, they may want it in a different language (like it happened in this case). It seems that if they turn the translation off on Airbnb, it also turns it off for me (based on the conversation, not the user). My co-hosts could be using Airbnb, Hospitable, or both as we usually do because some things are easier to do on Airbnb.
Use Case 2: I initially wanted the untranslated message as it is in a language I am familiar with, but then I need to go to Airbnb to change it back if I want to (poor UX).
Use Case 3: I want to have only some messages translated as I understand the language but want confirmation. The perfect example for this feature is Wechat, as I mentioned
