Onboarding Forms
Especially for the Mogul plan. It would be great to have onboarding forms for hosts to collect information on the property which would then feed into property details, but also into a separate section of information related to the property. This should be a flexible form system that allows for a wide ranger information to be collected and tracked per property.

Hey @Ethan Stone ! Awesome feedback, we’ve been thinking about how a new owner might be onboarded through the owner’s portal. There are really 2 parts: onboarding the client, and their property/properties.
Onboarding the new client
Client info
Sign commission agreement
Add payout method / payment method for commission / earnings
Onboarding the new property
If they already have listings, connect channels
Add property details (perhaps a video walkthrough, and we populate the property details leveraging AI?)
When you mention a flexible form system, what exactly would you want to collect with this?

I'm currently using click up for property Management and I have a intake form.
License info, uploads for licenses, uploads for photos, guest info, preferred vendors for plumbing, HVAC etc, day of the week, trash, proof of insurance. Whether or not they have weapons and whether or not they have cameras on the property, what's the minimum and average price they would be happy with. If you get further down the line, I can share you the list. It would be useful to be able to just customize the form probably because every manager or co-host is going to have a slightly different requirement.
