One-Click Renewal for Expired Direct Booking Requests

Problem Statement:

• When a Direct booking request expires, hosts must manually recreate the entire booking from scratch
• This is especially frustrating when special pricing was set up for the original request
• Hosts need to re-enter dates, guest count, and recalculate pricing each time

Current Workaround:

• Manually create a new Direct booking in Inbox
• Re-enter all details (property, dates, guests)
• Recalculate and re-apply any special pricing
• Send the new request to the guest

Impact:

• Wasted time recreating bookings that were already configured
• Risk of pricing errors when manually re-entering special rates
• Poor guest experience due to delays in resending requests

Proposed Solution:

• Add a "Renew" or "Resend" button on expired Direct booking requests
• This would automatically recreate the request with the same dates, guests, and pricing
