Open Statements Summary by Owner (Not by Unit)

Currently, statements are displayed per unit, so to understand the total balance with a specific owner—how much we owe them or they owe us—we must manually review all open statements across their units and calculate the total.

This process is time-consuming and prone to errors.

We need a feature that provides an automatic summary of all unpaid (open) statements grouped by owner, giving a clear and immediate view of the total balance per owner.
