Operations: Auto-accept option for task assignments

Add an option (per teammate, per team, or per task rule) to skip the accept/reject step and have task assignments auto-confirmed when they are created or assigned.

Why: For hosts with established, trusted cleaning and inspection crews, the accept/reject flow adds friction without value. Teammates frequently forget to tap Accept, which creates uncertainty and chasing for the host — even though the teammate fully intends to do the job. Turno offers an equivalent auto-accept mode, which hosts coming from that platform expect.

Suggested scope:

• A per-teammate setting ("Auto-accept assigned tasks") that hosts can toggle for trusted crews
• Or a per-task-rule setting so auto-accept can be scoped by team/property/event type
• Tasks still appear in the teammate portal and notifications fire as today; the assignment is just considered confirmed on creation
• Teammates would retain the ability to decline manually if a conflict arises
