Currently, the clause for marketing opt-in is imbedded in the Terms and Conditions at the bottom of the Direct Booking widget. TCR regulations require the opt-in to be included directly where the guest enters their contact information. Can you please provide a check-box in the direct booking widget under where a guest enters their contact information for them to opt-in to marketing (emails/texts)?
